Complete paint stripping, anti-corrosion treatment, primer, base coat, and clear coat �?24 layers total. Every panel sanded, filled, and finished to factory specification in our dedicated paint booth. Colors matched to customer requirements.

Complete engine teardown, inspection, and rebuild. Mechanical pump conversion for African and Central Asian fuel conditions. Transmission, clutch, and drivetrain fully reconditioned with genuine replacement parts throughout.

Full seat reupholstery with premium materials, flooring replacement, ceiling panel restoration, and window seal renewal. Every surface cleaned, repaired, or replaced. A/C system complete overhaul with new refrigerant charge.

Complete wiring harness inspection, lighting system LED upgrade, brake system overhaul with new pads and discs, tire replacement, and full safety equipment verification. Every bus meets international export certification standards.
Field-Ready Engineering
Purpose-built for markets where fuel quality varies and electronic diagnostic tools are scarce. We replace the factory electronic fuel injection system with robust mechanical injection pumps �?a proven modification across hundreds of units exported to Africa and Central Asia. Benefits include superior tolerance to variable fuel quality, simplified field maintenance without diagnostic computers, and significantly reduced downtime in remote operations. Every conversion is tested and calibrated before shipment.
